We always have an eye out for top quality items. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING


Buyer pays for all shipping and handling charges. Quoted shipping is for U.S. destinations only. International buyers, please ask for shipping quote for shipping outside the U.S. International shipping will be sent via USPS First Class or Global Priority Mail. All International buyers must pay in USD. We do not falsify customs forms, please do not ask us to do so. Your customs document will be marked "used clothing" and the full value that you paid for this item will be listed.
 
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, VAT, and/or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery, are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations, and we are not responsible for those types of charges. For additional information, please refer to your local customs agency.

Orders are shipped next day in most cases, M-F. Most of our orders are packed and shipped for USPS priority mail.

Insurance is $1.85 per $50.00 dollar value, $2.35 from $50.01 to $100.00, $3.00 from $100.01-$200.00 and $5.00 from 200.01 to $300.00. Insurance is optional and is the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance is recommended as we cannot be responsible for the package once it ships from us or for undelivered mail. If you wish to purchase insurance you can add it in at your discretion in your on line payment, or add it to your total for a money order or Cashiers Check. We always combine shipping costs on multiple purchases to try and make it as economical as possible. Exceptionally light or outstandingly heavy or bulky purchases are subject to last minute revised shipping fees.

PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards through our secure server with Authorize.net. We also accept PayPal, money orders or cashiers checks.  PayPal is a secure on line payment service which enables customers to pay for items without disclosing their credit/debit card details to me. Please do not send a personal check. If sending a money order or cashiers check, please include the Title of item(s) and where you wish to have your purchase sent. Also send us an email to let us know you will be sending a money order or cashiers check so we can hold your purchase aside.

Payment must reach us no later than 10 days from purchase date or item will be re-listed. California residents will have an 9.25% sales tax applied to all purchases.

RETURN POLICY


Please ask any questions you may have about an item before making your purchase. While we do our best to describe each item, once in a great while something slips by. If we have grossly misrepresented an item, or if the item has a challenge that was not called out in the description, please email us.

We do not accept return’s for ‘wrong size’ as most of our listings include measurement information. Please compare measurements with an item that fits you well. Most measurements are taken lying flat and unstretched. Please see our sizing page for how we take our measurements.

If you need to return an item purchased from GlamourSavvy, please contact us within three days of receiving your item and let us know your reason for return. We will supply a Return Authorization number for use in returning your item.  We use tracking information on all shipments which verifies the day and time of delivery. Please wait for a reply from us with instructions and a Return Authorization number before returning your item. 
 


The item must be returned to us undamaged and in the same condition it was sent to you. All inventory control tags must still be attached to the garment. Sorry, we cannot issue a refund if the item has been worn or damaged, or if our inventory control tag has been removed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Item must be returned to us insured with delivery confirmation and a return authorization number within 10 working days or receipt or refund is considered void. All returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you prefer, you may choose a Merchandise Credit towards an exchange for another item with no restocking fee. Unused Merchandise Credits expire after 90 days.
